This allows clients to get an idea on what sort of return they may be looking at for the product they wish to auction. This valuation may make it easier for the client to make a decision before selling an asset. This takes away the worry about selling at auction as some customers believe their stock may sell for a minimal amount.

We can also value stock for the client where it may be an upfront purchase; the stock is valued, and an offer is submitted in writing. The client then can accept the offer and raise an invoice.

How to best clear the items?

Depending on the quantity of stock to be sold, there are a number of options available. These may vary/range from Sale By Auction, Immediate Stock Purchase, Tender or Private Treaty.

Removal of Assets

When the final sales process is decided, Auction Warehouse coordinates the removal of stock to the appropriate clearance location.

Auction Warehouse also conducts live onsite Auctions at the Vendors' premises. This may occur when the volume of stock is too large to clear and the cost of removal maybe greater than the return, or not viable.

Vendor Sale Clearances

We also provide solutions for vendors on how to move products through quick marketing campaigns, via their own sales channels.

Ongoing Sales

Auction Warehouse has helped companies establish an ongoing marketplace for the continual sale of surplus, refurbished and distressed stocks. Once a product is identified as a problem or slow moving, we can find a buyer or set up a sales channel rather than have the stock depreciate in a warehouse.
